For standard sizes: exchange for a different size, or switch to custom-fit. Don't like it at all? Return it within 15 days, no questions asked (except: how can we improve?).
For custom-fit shirts: one free alteration within 30 days of delivery. We arrange pickup from your door, no courier cost. Custom shirts are non-returnable since they are made specifically for you, but we make sure what reaches you is exactly what was promised.
The first shirt is sometimes a trial. That is expected. Every fit note you give us gets saved, so from your second order we already know what works for you.
No prior experience needed. Three ways to get your fit right:
- Send us a shirt you love. We clone its measurements and build yours to match.
- Pick a standard size and request tweaks. Add a note at checkout like "slightly longer sleeve" and our tailor factors it in before cutting.
- Share your measurements. Body or shirt, either works. Follow our measurement guide for step-by-step instructions you can do at home in 5 minutes, or ask your local tailor for precise numbers.
All three are included in the price. If anything is unclear, WhatsApp us and our team will walk you through it personally.
Yes. The shirt on the page is a starting point, not a limitation. French cuffs instead of button cuffs, a different collar style, a pocket added or removed, contrast detailing — just add a note at checkout or WhatsApp us before we start cutting.
We also do monogramming: initials embroidered on the cuff or chest pocket, with your choice of thread colour and placement. This is a small add-on at Rs. 150.
One rule: reach us before production begins. Once cutting starts, design changes are not possible. Most requests come in same-day and we are fast to respond.
Since every shirt is made when you order, production takes 4 to 7 days. Shipping takes another 3 to 5 days. Honest total: 7 to 12 days from order date.
We deliver to 22,000+ pincodes across India. Express delivery is available on select pincodes with additional charges. If you need it sooner, WhatsApp us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.
We come from 30 years in garment manufacturing. Hemistry exists because we wanted to offer what fast-fashion brands will not: honest quality at a fair price. We source from the same trusted mills that supply premium labels, and every product page tells you exactly what you are getting, cotton type, weave, and thread count.
If a spec is not listed, ask us. We will tell you exactly what is in the shirt.
We do not start making your shirt until you place an order. That gives us room to accommodate any customisation you have in mind. Add a note at checkout, or WhatsApp us before we begin.
Once shipped, you will get a tracking link. Most orders arrive within the 10-day window.
