Alteration, Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Every Hemistry shirt is made with care. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Alterations

For all custom and made-to-order shirts, your first alteration is on us. Reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what needs adjusting, and we'll guide you through the rest. Additional alterations, if needed, may carry a nominal charge — we'll always confirm this with you before proceeding.

Returns

  • Ready-to-sell shirts can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Please fold and pack neatly, items that arrive otherwise cannot be accepted.
  • Because each made-to-order shirt is crafted specifically for you, these are non-returnable. If the fit isn't right, our alteration service is there to fix it.
  • Refunds are processed either to your original payment source or as store credit — your choice. Store credits are valid for one year. Either way, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
  • How to return: Email support@hemistry.in or Whatsapp us on +919266578181 with your order number and reason for return. You can ship the item back at your own cost using a trackable method, or opt for a doorstep pickup for a convenience fee of Rs.150.

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Each order is eligible for one return or exchange request.

    Exchanges

    Not the right size? We offer size exchanges within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Once we receive the original item, we'll ship the replacement at no extra charge. If your size isn't available, we'll refund to your original payment source or issue store credit — whichever you prefer.

    Return shipping for the original item is the customer's responsibility or we'll collect it from your door for Rs.150.

    Inspection

    Our team inspects all returned items within 48-72 hours of receipt before processing credits or exchanges.
